💼 Position Summary & Highlights
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic multispecialty team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, partner with physicians and other providers in our clinic network, and help support our mission to deliver top-tier healthcare across a variety of specialties (e.g., primary care, internal medicine, hematology / oncology, cardiology, gastroenterology etc.) in the Alpharetta/North Georgia region.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations, histories, physical exams, and diagnostic workup independently.
Develop and implement treatment plans in concert with supervising providers.
Manage follow-up care, coordinate with specialty colleagues, order/interpreting labs/imaging, prescribe medications as appropriate (within GA scope of practice).
Provide patient education, counselling and chronic disease management.
Facilitate referrals and collaborate with internal/external specialty teams.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, EMR documentation, clinic workflow optimization.
Support clinic growth by helping expand patient access, telehealth services (if applicable), and community outreach.

🩺 Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Georgia.
Certification by the appropriate national board (e.g., AANP, ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA).
Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred (multispecialty or outpatient preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working in a team environment and across multiple specialties.
Commitment to high quality patient care, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
You should be professional, adaptable, and enjoy practicing medicine without administrative burdens.
