Physician Advisory Board

Governed by physicians — not corporations

Founding members are invited to join the Physician Advisory Board — the governing body that sets coverage policy, reviews share pricing, and holds Sanad accountable to its mission. This is healthcare governance as it should be: decisions made by the people who deliver and receive care, not by Wall Street executives whose compensation rises when claims are denied.

In traditional insurance, policyholders have no seat at the table. Premium increases, coverage changes, and claim denial policies are set internally by executives accountable to shareholders — not patients. At Sanad, every major policy decision is reviewed by the Advisory Board, financial reports are published to all members quarterly, and disputed claims are reviewed by independent medical professionals.
