We accept most major insurance plans for covered services, and offer straightforward cash-pay pricing for visits without insurance. Your membership fee is separate from any insurance co-pays.

Co-pays: members who elect to use their insurance have contractual co-payment obligations with their insurer. By participating with your plan, we are obliged to collect as required by the third-party payer.
We recommend maintaining health insurance for catastrophic illness, labs, diagnostics, hospitalizations, specialist visits, and medications — your membership fee does not cover these.
Your membership fees may qualify for FSA or HSA reimbursement. We recommend confirming with your benefits administrator, as eligibility varies by plan.
